We took an interesting route to Llangollen but we arrived in time for the parade. The Welsh are super friendly people. They were very helpful giving us directions when the phone battery ran out, leaving us without GPS. The only problem is the voice on the GPS is much easier to understand than the Welsh.
Everyone at the inn we are staying at are very chatty. One older man came over to visit me when Steve was off. After chatting for a few minutes he told me he had two wives, of which he pointed them out. One of the ladies smiled so I knew he joking. Then he added, " you know in my religion they allow me to have three wives, so will you marry me?" After a good laugh he told me " that will be the best proposal you will get today young lass."
